Blue Field Entoptic Phenomenon
Also known as the Scheerer's phenomenon, the Blue Field Entoptic Phenomenon is the appearance of tiny white dots moving rapidly in the field of vision and it's most notorious when looking at a blue background such as the sky or ocean. The Blue Field Entoptic Phenomenon is very common and can be seen by almost everybody.
The Scheerer's phenomenon shouldn't be confused with floaters which are strands of debris suspended in the vitreous humor.
