Vision Exercises - Strengthen your Eyes
There are many exercises which you can try to improve your vision naturally. This is just a collection of a few exercises that will help your vision improve.
Palming. Palming is the best way to start your eye exercise session. Palming helps your eyes relax and it's also useful to do it after long periods of computer use. Simply wash your hands and heat your hands by rubbing them one against the other. Close your eyes and cover them with your palms without exerting any pressure on your eyes. Try to relax your eyes as much as possible while you feel the head from your hands reaching your eyes. Do this for about three minutes and you're ready to go.
Blinking. A good and simple exercise is to blink rapidly for about a minute and then close your eyes for another minute. Repeat 2-3 times per day. This exercise will help you strengthen certain of your eye muscles and can aid in preserving and improving your vision.
Looking to the sides. This exercise is very easy to do. Simply close your eyes and look to the extreme left, then the extreme right, then up and then down. In each step take a few seconds until you feel your muscles working (don't overdo it, just do it gently). Repeat 2-3 times.
Improve your Night Vision. A good way to improve your night vision that has been used at least since the times of the Romans, is to gaze at the moon. Try to gaze at the moon at least a couple of minutes every night. Within a few weeks, you will notice an improvement in your night vision, not to mention that it will help you relax and allow you to marvel at the beauty of the moon.
